Dear officer, Firstly, thank you for the awesome products! May I ask you a question? Why is the height of the parcel on your website(4.4kg) different from the value on the Dhl website(2.58kg)? Could you please provide more details about the rule of shipment pricing? By the way, could please provide English versions of emails and documents? I cannot read German. Thank you again! Die Vorratspackung der knüppelharten Schmiere. In der Pappbox befinden sich drei Blechdosen Schmiere, es gibt also keine Überraschungen beim Öffnen und man bekommt die bestellte Ware. Die knüppelharte Schmiere ist wirklich ihren Preis wert. Sie hält den ganzen Tag lang im Haar und ist sehr fest. Sie gibt dem Haar keinen fettigen Glanz, sondern ist betont matt. Seit geraumer Zeit meine persönliche Lieblingspomade und bisher waren alle Dosen und deren Inhalt von gleicher, guter Qualität.

Another great product from the Schmiere line! The price, the box, the products.. everything works together. This pomade is hard to use and its shine is low but in all the other means it's perfect!
